As many of you already know, I am fortunate enough to work for an awesome Richmond-based, woman-owned company called Pizza Tonight. For those of you who are not familiar with the business, Pizza Tonight offers bundled Pizza Packets that come with two Neopolitan-style 8 oz. pizza doughs, 8 oz of marinara or white sauce, and a little sample of our Magic Sprinkles – an herb blend that’s perfect for topping pizzas, pastas, or for adding a little kick to things like meatloaf.
We also have a mobile wood-fired oven that we set up at farmer’s markets in Richmond like the South of the James market in Forest Hill Park and the William Byrd Community House market in Oregon Hill. And we also offer full-service catering for birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, and corporate events.
We are entering our second year as a business, and to help us meet some of our goals, we’ve created a Kickstarter campaign. Kickstarter is a website that allows businesses and individuals to tap into “crowdsourcing,” basically a concept that allows The People to fund projects they find worthwhile.
After what has been a very successful month of gaining funds and friends on Kickstarter, we are down to our last 33 hours of funding! Please take a second to check out our project – look at our goals and our rewards, and consider being a backer. Project backers can receive everything from pizzas to t-shirts, even a private pizza party for you and 20 of your closest friends! Thanks for looking!
